Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Little Kitchen Academy - St. Albert. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Data Management
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Team Support
- Provide support to our team members, including answering questions, providing information, and assisting with special projects.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by being approachable, respectful, and professional.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
