About the Role

PANJAAB TRANSPORT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team. As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry processes and providing technical support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Develop Team Members

Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Compile and submit reports on a regular basis to management, highlighting key trends and insights.

Ensure Equipment Maintenance

Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and efficiently.

Resolve Work Problems

Identify and resolve work problems in a timely and effective manner, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.

Coordinate Activities

Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a data entry or administrative role

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Transportation/Travel Information

Public transportation is available

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
