We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pay and Benefits Administrator to join our team at BAITRAK BENEFIT ADMINISTRATORS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, performing clerical duties, and providing administrative support for our benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Data Management
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure data is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Clerical Duties
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Benefits Administration
- Complete and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
- Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Compile statistics and reports to support business decisions and improve processes.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent oral and written communication to employees, management, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
