Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management
    • Store, update, and retrieve financial data with accuracy and efficiency
    • Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality
  • Clerical Duties
    • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are up-to-date
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Employee Support
    • Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
    • Compile statistics and reports as needed
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Organized and able to work independently
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
