Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues and answering questions related to software and hardware.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using advanced technical skills and knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior technical staff as needed.
  • Document and track technical issues, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends, products, and services, applying this knowledge to improve technical support services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting, configuration, and repair.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple technical issues simultaneously.
