Position Overview

As an Information Clerk at NOOR CONSULTING, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within our office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries from clients.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Provide detailed information regarding services offered, including pricing.
  • Issue receipts and manage various forms of documentation.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Engage with clients post-sale to offer continued support and assistance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
Personal Attributes
  • Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Highly organized with a reliable work ethic.
  • A collaborative team player.
Work Environment
