As an Information Clerk at NOOR CONSULTING, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within our office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to both written and verbal inquiries from clients.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Provide detailed information regarding services offered, including pricing.
- Issue receipts and manage various forms of documentation.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Handle payment transactions accurately.
- Engage with clients post-sale to offer continued support and assistance.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly organized with a reliable work ethic.
- A collaborative team player.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 hours per week. The primary language of work will be English.
