As a Sales Strategy Manager within the Pringles category at Kellanova Canada, you will engage in a hybrid role that leverages your strategic acumen to represent our esteemed brand to leading retail operations globally. Your collaborative spirit and vision for success will be essential as you become a vital member of a cross-functional commercial team.

In this position, you will apply your knowledge of the Canadian trade and consumer packaged goods sector to work across various functions, crafting sales strategies, ensuring impeccable execution, and assessing the performance of assortment, merchandising, pricing, shelving, and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include

Data Analysis Continuously monitor and evaluate business and brand performance on a national, regional, and customer-specific basis. You will transform data into actionable insights to strengthen our beloved brands. Collaborative Engagement Partner with marketing, shopper, and finance teams to provide insights and devise solutions for business and brand challenges in the marketplace. By leveraging category management and shopper insights, you will identify and assess pricing, distribution, and other category and brand opportunities at both the banner and regional levels. Insight Generation Assess the outcomes of various product launches and initiatives. Your strong communication skills will ensure that results are clearly conveyed to both internal and external stakeholders. Merchandising Leadership Direct merchandising strategies, including the development and modification of display vehicles to optimize store engagement, profitability, and capitalize on retailer opportunities presented by the sales account team.

Qualifications

Post-Secondary Education with a focus on business or a high school diploma accompanied by relevant work experience. A robust understanding of sales dynamics from the field level to customer head office level is essential. The individual must possess a comprehensive grasp of trade practices and current corporate objectives to implement meaningful and effective programs. Proficient technology skills in PC applications, particularly MS Office. Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry managing multiple key accounts. Proven track record in managing customer relationships. A valid driver's license within Canada.
