About the Role

iGeo Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and direction to the sales team, setting goals and objectives that align with company targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics, monitoring sales performance and making adjustments as needed to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
