We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Premier Foods Distribution Inc. in a strategic growth capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Product Development: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and their introduction to the market.
  • Sales Operations: Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Evaluation: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
