Job Title: National Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and mentor direct reports to ensure successful execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of national account sales management or equivalent experience working directly with a retailer in a buying or merchandising function
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working on high-performing teams and leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel 20% of the time (Canada + US)
- Excellent analytical and technical skills to gather and analyze large sets of data and create reports for management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build, develop, and maintain solid relationships
- Proven analytical, organizational, and time management skills
