About the Role

Fusion Homes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, People & Culture to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify and recruit top talent across the organization. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
  2. Talent Management: Lead the development and implementation of talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development. Partner with managers and employees to assess talent health and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  3. Strategic Projects: Design and execute key strategic projects that drive recruitment and talent management priorities at Fusion Homes.
Requirements
  1. Full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring at the Director+ level.
  2. Results-driven mentality with the ability to use creative strategies to find top talent.
  3. High EQ and ability to assess candidates' role fit and alignment to Fusion Homes' values.
  4. A deep understanding of talent management principles and practices.
  5. Ability to apply practical and effective talent management solutions to business challenges.
  6. Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  7. Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  8. Strong project and change management skills with an ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
  9. CHRL/CHRP or similar designation preferred.
