About the Role

Fusion Homes is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a critical role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, pipelining, and screening high-quality candidates for various roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Sourcing (80%)
    • Utilize recruitment platforms and tools to source and pipeline candidates for active roles.
    • Screen applicant resumes and online profiles to identify top talent for each position.
    • Evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate virtual assessments and provide recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
    • Assist in preparing for interviews, including scheduling, documentation, and room setup.
    • Develop and maintain employer brand collateral, including job descriptions, position requirements, and recruitment materials.
    • Collaborate with educational institutions to build early talent pipelines.
    • Participate in external recruitment events and networking opportunities to attract top talent.
  • People & Culture Administration (20%)
    • Communicate team updates, including new hires, departures, and promotions.
    • Administer employee recognition and milestone programs.
    • Maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment and/or sourcing.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or Human Resources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A passion for recruitment and hiring top talent.
  • Strong talent assessment capabilities.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, HR software).
