About the Role

Fusion Homes is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a critical role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, pipelining, and screening high-quality candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Sourcing (80%)
    • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed platforms to identify and engage top talent for all active positions.
    • Screen applicant resumes and online profiles to determine the best fit for each role.
    • Evaluate candidates' skills and values alignment.
    • Coordinate virtual assessments and provide recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
    • Assist in preparing for interviews, including scheduling, documentation, and room setup.
    • Develop and maintain employer brand collateral, including job requisitions, position descriptions, and recruitment tooling.
    • Partner with educational institutions to build early talent pipelines.
    • Participate in external recruitment events and networking opportunities to attract top talent.
  • People & Culture Administration (20%)
    • Communicate team updates, including new hires, departures, and promotions.
    • Administer employee milestone, recognition, and rewards programs.
    • Maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment and/or sourcing.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or Human Resources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • A passion for recruitment and hiring top talent.
  • Strong talent assessment capability.
  • Results-orientation with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology).
