Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you'll play a critical role in sourcing, pipelining, and screening top talent for various roles. Your expertise will help us build a diverse and high-performing team that drives business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing (70%)
- Source and pipeline candidates for all active roles.
- Screen resumes and profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role.
- Assess candidates' capability fit and values alignment.
- Assist in the preparation for interviews, including scheduling, documentation, printing, and room setup.
- Develop and maintain job requisitions, position descriptions, and recruitment tooling.
- People & Culture Administration (30%)
- Communicate team updates, including new hires, departures, and promotions.
- Administer employee milestone, recognition, and Construction SWAG programs.
- Maintain accurate training & development records for all employees.
- Maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reporting.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll payments via ADP Workforce Now.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of HR experience, with recruitment and/or sourcing experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Strong talent assessment capability.
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology).
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or Human Resources.
