Virtual Talent Acquisition Specialist

Fusion Homes is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, pipelining, and screening high-quality candidates for our open positions.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Sourcing (80%)
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed platforms to source and pipeline candidates for all active roles.
- Screen applicant resumes and online profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role.
- Facilitate the virtual assessment step of the interview process.
- Employer Brand Management
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of all employer brand collateral, including job requisitions, position descriptions, LinkedIn pages, and recruitment tooling.
- Partnerships and Events
- Partner with College and University educators to build early talent pipelines.
- Participate in external recruitment events and networking opportunities to attract elite talent.
- Experience in recruitment and/or sourcing.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or Human Resources.
- A passion for recruitment and hiring top talent.
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology).
