About the Role
We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Manager of People & Culture to enhance our expanding team and fulfill our customer commitments. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of People & Culture, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and nurturing top-tier talent as we grow our distinguished workforce. You embody our Fusion Homes values and possess the ability to evaluate this in prospective candidates. As a champion of talent acquisition and a specialist in talent management practices, you are enthusiastic about recruiting exceptional individuals and empowering them to achieve their full potential while driving key initiatives that advance our People & Culture objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (70%)
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract top talent across the organization.
- Engage in all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and attract a diverse pool of high-caliber candidates while ensuring an outstanding recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Utilize core interview tools and assessment techniques to effectively evaluate candidates' fit for the role and alignment with company values.
Talent Management (30%)
- Facilitate effective performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, and career development processes.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to evaluate overall talent health, succession strength, and internal mobility opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance internal talent capabilities, including the execution and management of career development plans.
- Design and execute strategic People & Culture initiatives that align with recruitment and talent management priorities at Fusion.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive recruitment experience, including hiring at the Director+ level.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to employ innovative strategies to identify top talent.
- High emotional intelligence and capacity to assess candidates' suitability for roles and alignment with Fusion values.
- Profound understanding of talent management principles and practices.
- Capability to apply practical and effective talent management solutions to organizational challenges.
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven project and change management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- CHRL/CHRP or equivalent designation preferred.
