About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at New Me Esthetics & Threading Studio Corporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordination and Organization: Coordinate and organize various office activities, including seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between management, union officials, and HR consultants, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and compile data and statistics as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Assist with recruitment and staffing activities, including preparing job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that our office is secure and safe, maintaining basic security clearance and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring the ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, flexibility, judgment, and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with minimal supervision.
