Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of our store. As a key member of our team, you will support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to improve sales and customer service performance
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Utilize retail point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office to manage store operations
Requirements:
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring others
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
