About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Happy Food Hub. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management

Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant maintains a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.

Supply Chain Management

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring that we get the best quality and value for our business.

Marketing and Sales

Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote our restaurant and increase sales.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we maintain a positive reputation and build customer loyalty.

Operations Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we meet our business objectives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in managing a team and driving business growth.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours

30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
