We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at MCJFC FOOD ENTERPRISES LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food service operations.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management and Quality Control

Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring quality control standards are met and maintained.

Customer Service and Conflict Resolution

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting comprehensive reports as required.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language and Work Environment

Fluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment.

Work Schedule

35 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
