Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MCJFC FOOD ENTERPRISES LTD. as a key member of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Culinary Knowledge and Expertise

Possess in-depth knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, ensuring menu offerings and services meet the highest standards.

Tray Assembly and Supervision

Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards and meet customer expectations.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
