Position Overview

As a Food Services Supervisor at MCJFC FOOD ENTERPRISES LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Staff Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ingredient Estimation: Assess and calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the culinary genres relevant to our establishment.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee and verify the assembly of food trays.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role within food services.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
