Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Property Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards, fully occupied, and that our staff deliver exceptional customer service. You will support the Property Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the properties, overseeing rent collections, processing leasing applications, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This position is designed to prepare you for future advancement to a Property Supervisor role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding tenant satisfaction through effective communication and customer service.
  • Achieving occupancy targets by showcasing available units and managing leasing applications.
  • Coordinating and inspecting all move-in and move-out processes.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the property grounds and common areas, making recommendations for repairs or improvements, and generating work orders as necessary.
  • Ensuring all vacant units are ready for leasing.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • A high level of resourcefulness, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and diplomacy.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
