We are seeking a highly skilled Janitor Supervisor to join our team at RJS Building Maintenance Ltd./ RJS Carpet Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that cleaning and maintenance standards are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning and maintenance operations to ensure that costs are controlled and that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our clients' properties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in various locations.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
