As a Financial Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth financial operations
* Train workers in duties and policies to maintain high standards of financial management
* Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders
* Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
* Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain financial records
* Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
* Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve financial goals
* Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain efficiency

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial accounting
* Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Bondable and reliable
