Culinary Service Coordinator

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. This position involves overseeing food preparation and service while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
This role is set within a bustling restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and effective communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
