Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate and procure necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure quality control and service standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
