The role of a Building Operator at 45006 Yukon Inc. involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities.

Education Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively eliminate debris, dirt, and refuse.
  • Make minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for significant repairs.
  • Conduct minor appliance repairs as needed.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety.
Equipment Used
  • Carpet cleaning machines.
  • Power tools for various maintenance tasks.
  • Small tractors equipped for lawn and snow removal.
Safety and Security
  • Regular checks of driver's validity license are required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks.
