Vintage Hotels is in search of a dedicated Full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to enhance our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should be prepared to work during afternoons, evenings, as well as weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts routine maintenance of public, guest, and operational spaces.
  • Oversees the interior and exterior painting tasks of the establishment.
  • Handles general repairs and maintenance of plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical devices.
  • Manages outdoor maintenance responsibilities, including snow removal.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in painting, wallpapering, and operating large snow removal machinery is essential.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in maintenance tasks.
  • General mechanical and technical expertise.
  • A valid G driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to work weekend and afternoon shifts.
