    • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Provide administrative support to senior staff members
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Develop and deliver diversity and cross-cultural training programs to promote a welcoming work environment

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
