Customer Service Representative Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services.
  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, including resolving issues related to missing orders and promotions.
  • Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot customer accounts and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule between 11 am and 10 pm, including weekends.
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism is an asset, with a $25 per hour rate for bilingual representatives.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $22 per hour (English) and $25 per hour (Bilingual).
  • Benefits: 40 hours a week with the option to work overtime, consistent schedules with 2 consecutive days off (1 day on the weekend), and company discounts on cosmetics, perfumes, and skin care products.
