About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment in our stores, adding joy to our customers' lives, and leveraging our products to tell stories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a Positive Customer Experience: Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor, curate specific product collections for each customer, and ensure Visual Standards are followed and maintained.
  • Role Model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics: Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
  • Contribute to a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Participate in ensuring the health and safety of each other and our customers, and take accountability to respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
  • Develop Your Skills: Own self-development, provide continuous feedback to colleagues and the Leadership Team, and share ideas on how to improve the employee and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in Retail: Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time and adapt to changing situations.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience, and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role).
