Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives, ensuring they have the necessary tools to provide excellent customer service.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve customer service processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
