About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Use merchandising standards to create visually appealing and stimulating store displays that showcase our products in an attractive and inviting way.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing personalized service and building relationships to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, and receive and process incoming store merchandise to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and back areas, to ensure a safe and healthy workspace.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
  • Customer Focus: Show a demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, lift medium to large items (up to 40 pounds), and use appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Schedule: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role).
  • Language: Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
