We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Support Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Merchandising and Visual Display: Use merchandising standards to create visually appealing and stimulating store displays, showcasing our products in an attractive and inviting manner.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers on the sales floor, building relationships and providing personalized service to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, and receive and process incoming store merchandise.
- Store Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and standards.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and programs, and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
- Customer Focus: Show a demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, lift medium to large items (up to 40 pounds), and use appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Schedule: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role).
- Language: Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
