Key Responsibilities

As a Food Safety Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain brand integrity and food quality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate compliance with established regulatory and brand standards.
  • Monitoring food preparation and cooking practices to ensure adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify and address the root causes of any discrepancies in assessments, and formulating corrective action plans.
  • Providing training and guidance to clients on creating a safer and healthier work environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to obtain a CP-FS certification.
  • A flexible work schedule that accommodates personal commitments.
  • A strong desire to travel by car and/or plane.
  • The physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • The capability to influence others positively and provide constructive feedback.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Preferred knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $44,000 annually. Rentokil Initial offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
