Key Responsibilities
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Organize and confirm appointments for staff and management.
  • Manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Assist in payroll administration tasks.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maintain and manage the digital database efficiently.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping activities as required.
