- Communication: Answer patient inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing clear and concise information and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and accurate.
- Calendar Management: Manage the office calendar, ensuring that appointments are accurately recorded and that any conflicts or issues are resolved promptly.
- Rescheduling and Cancellations: Reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary, communicating with patients and staff to ensure a smooth process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize patient records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Documentation: Process patient forms, insurance documents, and other paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Billing Issues: Address and resolve billing issues and discrepancies, communicating with patients and staff to ensure a smooth process.
- Supply Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in good working order.
- Staff Coordination: Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow, communicating with staff to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members, ensuring that all calls are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Message Relay: Relay messages accurately and promptly, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to staff and patients.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners, providing clear and concise information and resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in medical office administration is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required.
- Skills:
