Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Pro Nails. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant service areas.

Processing Customer Information

You will obtain and process the necessary information to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Office Administration

You will be responsible for ordering office supplies, recording and relaying information, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending invoices, and answering telephone calls and messages.

Team Collaboration

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.

Personal Qualities

You must be organized, a team player, and able to multitask effectively.

Work Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
