About the Role

Kativik Ilisarniliriniq (La commission scolaire du Nunavik) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Operations: Perform various administrative tasks, including making accurate accounting entries, processing financial requests, and monitoring transactions.
  • Support to Professionals: Assist project development agents with their files, resolve issues with files/claims, and follow up on files with KRG.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and prepare draft minutes as required.
  • File Management: Update files in Cloud (SharePoint) ensuring all information is current and accessible, and maintain agreement/contract/budget transfer/claims files.
  • Financial Management: Resolve and follow up with Finance regarding invoicing and claims issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Collegial Studies in administration or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluent in 2 of the 3 languages of the Board (Inuktitut, English or French).
  • Experience: Experience working in Continuing Education would be an asset.

  • Competitive Salary: From $24.21 to $32.32 an hour depending on qualification and experience.
