About the Role:

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Property Finance Specialist to join our Corporate – Finance team. This role will be pivotal in assisting Mission Leads with property planning, financial transactions, and supply chain management. Utilizing expertise in hospitality and finance, the Property Finance Specialist will engage in daily operations and facilitate the implementation of related systems and processes across our hotel and residential portfolio. This position serves as the primary on-site expert, collaborating across various Missions and workstreams as needed. Responsibilities will encompass process and system design, development, evaluation, communication, and training. The role is based at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts' corporate office, reporting to the Vice President of Operations Finance, and involves collaboration with internal stakeholders at multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage actively in workshops with Mission Teams and System Integrators
  • Facilitate informed decision-making by leveraging property expertise
  • Raise concerns and issues to Mission Leads or Domain Champions as necessary
  • Provide updates on key risks and issues during Weekly Mission Team Sync meetings
  • Communicate progress to Mission Leads through regular one-on-one meetings
  • Assist in data collection and coordination with property participants
  • Collaborate with Mission Leads to conduct weekly update calls with regional stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities with other workstreams to support Mission Leads in achieving objectives
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse and remote teams
  • Open and constructive communication for feedback exchange
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and processes
  • Basic understanding of systems and technical knowledge
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Systems, or Hospitality
  • Experience in a property setting with comprehensive knowledge of daily operations and processes
  • Professional certifications in Finance & Accounting, IT Systems, or Project Management are advantageous but not mandatory
