About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Specialist to join our Residential Property Administration team at Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing non-standard residential rental transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of received orders affecting current residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Management: End-to-end processing of received orders, including liaison with internal and external partners.
  • Process Enhancement: Suggest and assist in process and technical enhancements when identified.
  • Accounting and Finance: Maintain accurate entry of accounts receivable transactions, lease documents, renewals, tenant information, and adjustments utilizing Yardi software.
  • Resident Communication: Create correspondence to residents, working with the site for resident delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure month ends are properly invoiced and accounting-related questions are properly answered.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements in the Residential Property Administration workflows.
Requirements
  • Education: Two years' relevant experience and post-secondary education preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in Residential Real Estate is an asset.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft 365 skills with a proficiency in Excel and Word, knowledge of Yardi Voyager is an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Team-oriented with the ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships, attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, and strong adherence to established deadlines.
