About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at 13126927 CANADA INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue growth, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, business, or management.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Strong operational management skills, with experience in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
    • Excellent financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
