Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Planet India Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to guests.
    • Take orders and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling.
    • Participate in regular security and safety training and drills.
  • Physical Demands
    • Stand for extended periods, moving frequently to attend to guests and tasks.
    • Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
    • Equivalent experience or training may be considered.
