Ensure that our restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we receive the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Operations
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language required
