About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shahi Catering & Restaurant. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen and service staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock levels, and other key performance indicators.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
