Food Service Supervisor

Fleetwood Sushi Restaurant Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their experience with our restaurant is positive.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and wastage to inform our purchasing decisions and optimize our operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
