Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a leading restaurant and sweets company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Performance Monitoring
Monitor the performance of our restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Daily Operations Planning
Plan and organize the daily operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Staff Supervision
Supervise our restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Service Offerings
Determine the type of services to be offered at our restaurant, including catering and events, and implement operational procedures to ensure their success.
- Inventory Management
Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety
Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
- Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Operations
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language required
