Job Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure exceptional service delivery to our retail locations within the designated territory while managing a team of field representatives. This role involves mentoring and guiding the team to meet both client and organizational performance indicators, with a commitment of 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement client strategies effectively.
  • Supervise a team of field representatives.
  • Conduct recruitment processes, including interviews, job offers, and contract completions for team members.
  • Facilitate training sessions through in-field coaching days, ensuring that 60% of the team receives training each month.
  • Hold weekly reviews with the Regional Manager.
  • Manage daily operations and logistics of the team.
  • Engage in reporting, communication, objective setting, coaching, and motivating team members.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, team members, and the Regional Manager.
  • Develop expertise in client products, strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects by prioritizing tasks according to business needs.
  • Ensure quality coaching and retention of team members.
  • Approve bi-weekly payroll for the team.
  • Meet coverage and execution targets as agreed with clients.
  • Coordinate and develop training for new representatives, ensuring a consistent quality of field execution and reporting.
  • Assist with special programs and tasks as required.
  • Minimize vacancies to ensure uninterrupted client coverage.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for representatives to address project-related inquiries and concerns.

Essential Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in sales, particularly within consumer-packaged goods and major customer interactions.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of sales or merchandising professionals.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook and Word.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Demonstrated passion, creativity, and a proactive approach to coaching and supporting others.
  • Strong customer orientation with an understanding of key business drivers.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven skills in sales and territory management.

Performance Metrics:

1. Achieve 98% coverage.

2. Maintain turnover rates below 10%.

3. Meet client performance indicators.

4. Complete documentation during each coaching session with representatives.

5. Ensure that 60% of the team receives live training each month, alongside field time with the Regional Manager.
