Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2482883 Ontario Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
- Scheduling and Supervision: Establish work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Sales and Reporting: Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockouts are minimized.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
